Autogeek refers to Autogeek.net. Autogeek.net sells car care products and accessories to the public and to distributors in the United States and 20 countries. Autogeek specializes in car care products, accessories, and detailing equipment.
Autogeek.net is owned and operated by Bob "Max" McKee, who is also the founder/owner/CEO of Autogeek's parent company, Palm Beach Motoring Accessories (PBMA). PBMA is based in Stuart, Florida. PBMA's other websites include AutogeekOnline.net, Pinnaclewax.com, Wolfgangcarcare.com, Diamondite.com, and BikeDepot.net. PBMA was founded in 1997 as a catalog company that later transitioned to the internet with the launch of Autogeek.net in 2000.
PBMA is a privately held company with manufacturing, retail, and wholesale divisions. Autogeek.net is its largest website, combining the company's own products with numerous national and international car care brands.
Autogeek.net hosts an annual event called Detail Fest at their Florida headquarters every spring. Detail Fest is part product expo, detailing clinic, and car show. Detail Fest began in 2006. In recent years, major manufacturers of car care products - such as Griot's Garage, Meguiar's, Mother's, and 3M - have appeared at Detail Fest.
In 2009, Autogeek.net began appearing on the in commercials and sponsored segments during the show Two Guys Garage. In July 2010, Autogeek became "Presents Sponsor" of Motorhead Garage on Fox Sports Network.
