Radio Disney releases Headstrong
The song "Headstrong" was released exclusively on Radio Disney, being Tisdale's first exclusive single. The song was produced by The Matrix and wrote by Adam Longlands, Lauren Cristy, Scott Spock and Graham Edwards. It contains samples from Gwen Stefani's song "Hollaback Girl".
When "He Said She Said" was released in the first time on December 2006, "Headstrong" was planned to be the second official single and "We'll Be Together", the third single. But the plans changed in favor of "Be Good to Me", released as the first official single. "He Said She Said" was the second single and the plans to release "Headstrong" and "We'll Be Together" were canceled. So, the song was only released on Radio Disney. Tisdale promoted the song during High School Musical: The Concert.
