Ashish Lamba is an international Hockey player and elected secretary of the Delhi University Students' Union 2019-20. He is a member of National Students' Union of India, Early life and education Born in a farmer family of Churu district of Rajsthan Ashish completed his primary education from his native village. Ashish did his high school at Apollo International School in Delhi later on he completed his Graduation at Kirori Mal College, University of Delhi. Currently he is pursuing LLB from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. Sports career Ashish has represented University of Delhi hockey team at Commonwealth University Championship at Glasgow, Scotland. He has also represented Delhi State Hockey Team at Hockey India Nationals in Chennai. Political career Ashish Lamba contested Delhi University Students' Union election in 2019 for the post of Secretary. Ashish won the Secretary's post with a margin of 2053 votes against Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad candidate Yogit Rathi. See Also
