Arthur Estopinan

Arthur A. ‘Art’ Estopiñán (born July 27, 1965 in Miami Beach, Florida) He recently established The Estopinan Group, a government relations, business development and political consulting firm in Baltimore, MD. He provides his clients advise with federal issues and complex matters for successful outcomes. His focus is strategic planning for companies or countries needing crisis management to identify appropriate steps to pursue within the U.S. Congress and Federal Government. He connects two or more parties for business development of a product or numerous products in the United States or global markets. Finally, will provide strategic and tactical advice to Presidential candidates around the world.

Estopinan also conducts additional consulting services in a second office in Arlington, VA with Alcalde and Fay, a well-established lobbying firm in the Washington, D.C. area.

Mr. Estopinan also participates in consulting activities with New World Group and is particularly active in areas of tax and Medicaid reform on Capitol Hill

Some of his most recent work includes his contribution towards human rights in Turkey considering President Erdogan.

His career is composed of his role as Senior Level International and Public Affairs Advisor as well as Chief of Staff for Chairman Ileana Ros-Lehtinen since 1989 where he gained sound knowledge of public policy and the political arena including legislative, administrative, and lobbying processes, policies and procedures with strong ties to both major political parties.

He served as the Official Spokesperson for the Chairman Emeritus of the House of Foreign Affairs Committee. Served as a senior advisor on legislation dealing with governmental and foreign affairs and able to effectively advocate, support and advance legislative initiatives relating to pertinent issues and bring them to the Hill on both the House and Senate side. As spokesperson, he had opportunity to lead meetings in Miami to represent Latin Americans in anti-discrimination tactic before Hugo Chavez in March of 2005.
Given his vast foreign policy leadership role, Mr. Estopinan had the opportunity to experience various congressional missions worldwide first hand. He traveled to Asia, Africa, Europe and Latin America regularly throughout his career to initiate and interpret meetings and events abroad.
His most recent trip was to Seoul, Korea for the World Summit 2017 where he organized the American delegation of this multinational conference with political and peace leaders from all corners of the world.

He was recognized in South Florida by community leaders for guiding and mentoring staff and interns . With the support of Congresswoman Ros- Lehtinen, Art conducted events to raise funds allocated to research towards finding a cure . Art was the Keynote Speaker for an event hosted by the Rare Disease Legislative Advocates . He announced his retirement to further advocate for the rare diseases directly affecting his son and his family. . His story was captured by The Washington Post highlights his involvement to create awareness around the lack of research and funds available for the small percentage of families affected by rare diseases. . His Farewell Reception was hosted by Congresswoman Ros-Lehtinen in June of 2016 and how he has flourished in his ambition to carry out his consulting services in the private sector as well as focusing on his advocacy initiatives to promote awareness in rare diseases globally as he travels abroad seeking solutions. .
