Arctic Adventures is an adventure tour and activity travel company headquartered in the Icelandic capital of Reykjavík. Reviews Arctic Adventures receives generally favourable reviews on crowd-sourced portals like TripAdvisor as has received as broad, positive coverage in international press publications such as the BBC, CNN, Huffington Post, The Times, The Guardian, The Independent and The Telegraph. On TripAdvisor, 80% of reviewers awarded it 4 stars (which the site classifies as “excellent”) and it has an overall average rating of 4.5 out of 5. Project Expedition has a lower number of reviewers, but across 7 reviews it rates Arctic Adventures with 5 stars. Former CEO, Torfi G Yngvasson was interviewed by The Guardian, where he discussed the company, as well as Iceland's changing climate and geography. Arctic Adventures’ volcano summit hike was described by the Independent as for “the fit and the fearless”.
