Arash Aminpour is an American attorney specializing in Corporate / M&A transactions, Tax law, and Private Equity advisory, and is the founding and managing partner of Aubrey Payton, a Washington, DC-based Business strategy law firm. Aminpour previously served as Chief Legal Officer to DELVE, a Multinational Ad Technology Corporation. Early life and education Prior to entering the legal profession, Aminpour served as a Team Leader and Combat Engineer in the United States Army. Aminpour earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Economics from the University of South Florida, a Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law, and an LL.M. in Taxation, , from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law. thumb thumb Career After graduating from law school, Aminpour joined KPMG's Mergers & Acquisitions team as a Tax Attorney in its Atlanta, Georgia offices. Aminpour would later join Michael, Best & Friedrich, LLP, a national, 166th of 200 AmLaw, corporate law firm, as a lead tax advisor with a special focus on guiding corporate clients on executive compensation strategies and arrangements.
