Arash Aminpour is an American attorney specializing in Corporate / M&A transactions, Tax law, and Private Equity advisory, and is the founding and managing partner of Aubrey Payton, a Washington, DC-based Business strategy law firm. Aminpour previously served as Chief Legal Officer to DELVE, a Multinational Ad Technology Corporation. Early life and education Prior to entering the legal profession, Aminpour served as a Team Leader and Combat Engineer in the United States Army.
