Antidote of Realism is Nothnegal's first record to be released. It contains guest solos by Marco Sneck (Kalmah, Poisonblack) and Risto Ruuth former Eternal Tears of Sorrow lead guitarist and was produced by the band's guitarist Hilarl and producer Anssi Kippo. A music video for the song "Web of Deceit" was shot and Marco Sneck later became a full member after their keyboard player left the band.
