Amir Eshghi Esfahani (born December 2, 1981 in Torrance, CA) is an Iranian American developer, and President of the EDG International group of companies. Esfahani attended the University of Arizona and graduated with degrees in Business Management, Marketing, and a cerificate in International Business. Also minoring in Near-Eastern Studies. Esfahani is the son of world renowned developer, Marshall Eshghi Esfahani, founder of Margus Construction Co., Inc. Esfahani joined the company, based in Southern California, in 2004. The company has since grown, and now Esfahani serves as the head of the company. Esfahani was instrumental in creating the Esfahani Estates brand of high-end homes. Under the guidance of the younger Esfahani, the company has opened an office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates under the name Marshall International Holdings. They are linked to projects in Jumeirah Village South, as well as the Dubai World Central. Esfahani currently, has on-going US projects as well. Currently, Esfahani is developing the Tuscan Village in Rancho Palos Verdes, California. It features 13 Tuscan inspired homes designed by Tony Ashai. Esfahani is also developing a commercial project featuring 22 office-condos in Hermosa Beach, CA designed by Louie Tomaro.
