Alliance Global Services

Alliance Global Services is an American business.
History
Alliance Global Services was created in 2008 from the split of Alliance Consulting, a firm founded in 1994 in Conshohocken, PA., by Craig Spitzer and Denny Shestack. The health-care industry consultancy, Alliance Life Sciences, was also created from the 2008 split. Alliance Consulting was acquired in 2002 by Safeguard Scientifics and combined with two of that holding company’s IT subsidiaries. In 2006, Alliance Consulting purchased Fusion Technologies, a global provider of IT services to financial and information technology sectors, based in Edison, NJ, with offices in Hyderabad and Bangalore, India. With its new offshore delivery centers, Alliance Consulting concentrated on ; open systems; systems analysis; software integration; and design and development of applications, databases, Web sites, and enterprise reporting systems. Saints Capital acquired Safeguard’s interest in Alliance Consulting in May, 2008. At the time of the split, Alliance Consulting executive vice president, John Castleman, became president and CEO of Alliance Global Services.
