Alexey Valeryevich Pavlov (born 27 February 1982 in Omsk) is a Russian blogger and a restaurateur The idea of Japanese cuisine restaurant opening came to him when he tried roll for the first time. He got the support from one of his colleagues, whose wife was a chef of a sushi pub.
