Alayna Powley is a singer/songwriter from Rotorua, New Zealand. She attends Western Heights High School and represents her school in various musical competitions, such as Rotorua Has Talent, where she placed 3rd in 2010. Alayna also participated in the Play It Strange Peace Song Writing Competition, where she was one of four runner-ups, also in 2010. Awards * 3rd Place, Rotorua Has Talent 2010 Discography After becoming runner-up for the Play It Strange Song Writing Competition<ref name="play"/>, Alayna won a recording contract for a studio in Auckland in 2010.
