Agama Yoga

Agama Yoga is a school of Esoteric Yoga, founded by Swami Vivekananda Saraswati, and located in Ko Pha Ngan, Thailand. Adhering to traditional texts (such as Hatha Yoga Pradipika, Gheranda Samhita, the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali) and to the monistic philosophy of Kashmir Shaivism, the Agama Yoga School teaches various yogic techniques including: Asanas, Pranayamas, Healing Techniques, Yogic Meditations, and the advanced Kundalini Mudras.

The Agama Yoga style of practice focuses on energy movements and concentration of the mind (rather than physical fitness) in order to attain states of meditation and spiritual realization.
