Action Zealandia (AZ) is a White identitarian youth organisation in New Zealand. History Action Zealandia was founded in 2019. On January 12, 2020, Auckland members of Action Zealandia put up posters espousing anti-Chinese sentiment outside the office of Jian Yang, a Chinese-born New Zealand Parliament member. On February 13, 2020, Auckland members of Action Zealandia vandalised National MP Nick Smith's electorate office. Action Zealandia claimed responsibility for the incident, posting on Twitter that activists had placed "promotional materials" at Smith's office. On 4 March 2020, a 19-year old Christchurch man was arrested for allegedly making a terror threat against the Al Noor mosque on an encrypted social media platform, Telegram. Media reports subsequently identified the man as Sam Brittenden, a member of Action Zealandia. |
