Absition

Absition or Absiment is the first integral of displacement. It is the product of distance and time.the rate of change of Absition is position.the dimensions of absition is LT .
In the SI System, Absition is measured in meters second(ms). it corresponds to an object been absent from an origin 1 meter away for 1 second.
Useful application of absition
Where as many keyboard musical instruments such as pianos and keyboards respond to velocity at which the keys are struck.and some such as the tracker argon respond to displacement(how far the keys are pressed).flow biased musical instruments such as the Hydraulophone respond absition.thus pressing on the key (water jet) for a longer period of time will result in a buildup in sound level, as water begin to fill up the sounding mechanism (reservoir).up to a certain maximum filling point beyond which the sound level is off(along with a slow decay)
