*Payphones are at all entrances to the mall and on the second floor.
*Wheelchairs are available, free of charge, to those customers whose mobility is restricted. The Wheelchairs can be found at the entrance.
*Vending Machines can be found at the mall entrances and in the food court
*Free Car Parking for all. Disabled and Parent-Child parking near entrances. McDonalds has seperate car park.
*All of our retail units are situated on the ground floor except for Clear Pharmacy which is on both levels.
*Public Toilets and Baby Changing -Specialist toilet facilities for the disabled, all on ground floor level, and on the second floor of the food court where lift access is also available. Baby Changing is beside toilets.
*Buses, Easibus service comes right into the complex to make getting to and from the Centre more accessible for customers.
*ATM’s, We currently have a number of automatic cash dispensing machines situated on the mall area for the convenience of customers. Halifax and Northern Bank.
*Food Court and Food Outlets -Abbeycentre have also got a food court, where shoppers take time out to relax and chill from their busy shopping schedule.The Foodcourt has Burger King, KFC, O'Briens , Yangtze, Café Alfresco and Barnams Ice Cream. The food court also includes TV screens.Other eating places are situated throughout the Abbeycentrecomplex and include McDonalds(Outside of mall), Bhs Restaurant(Inside BHS), Coffee Republic, Costa and Zumo Juice Bar (Located throughout the mall).
*TV Screens can be found in the food court.
*All of the centre staff have undergone training in First Aid. They are willing to help wherever possible and offer a very high standard of customer care.
