Aaron Tindall

Aaron Tindall grew up in Lapeer, Michigan. He is an influential tuba and euphonium player and teacher. A current adjunct professor at Eastern Michigan University, he has also been a visiting professor at the Pennsylvania State University.
Released to critical acclaim, his solo tuba CD, Songs of Ascent, was nominated for a 2010 Grammy Award in the Best Instrumental Soloist category. Plans are underway for his solo euphonium recording, Oblivion, to be released on the Potenza Record Label as well.
Songs of Ascent
Aaron Tindall has recorded and released one C.D. so far in his career. The C.D. "Songs of Ascent" was nominated for a Grammy award in 2010. Receiving critical acclaim from such players as Steven Mead, Daniel Perantoni, and Roger Kellaway, , MusicWebInternational and Gramophone "Songs of Ascent" is considered by most to be a successful first C.D. release.
