A great day in Leamington Spa

"A great day in Leamington Spa" is a photograph featuring 92 musicians from the English towns of Leamington Spa, Warwick and the surrounding areas. The photograph was inspired by the photograph "A Great Day in Harlem" taken in New York in 1958 which featured many notable Jazz musicians including Dizzy Gillespie, Thelonious Monk and Charles Mingus.
It was taken on Sunday 8 May 2016 by Duncan Hill, in Jephson Gardens in Leamington Spa. The event received local news coverage from the Leamington Observer and the BBC. The event was organised by Kelly Rashleigh.
