A Clockwork in the Stars is a dark fantasy novel by first time author, Todd Crawford. It is currently available on the Amazon Kindle (exclusively). A Clockwork in the Stars is the story of a curious teenaged girl (Clover Ditty) and her mild-mannered best friend (Tyler "Ty" Foul) that are led to a complex mechanism in the stars engineered by angels who reside in a golden labyrinth "beneath the Clockwork" by a fallen comet (which turns out to be a thick goo) containing a golden gear. When the two realize that the Clockwork holding the stars in their rightful places, and "directing the waltz of the cosmos" is crumbling like the metaphorical cookie, and that there is a rogue angel intent on destroying it, they are faced with the option of saving the Clockwork, or allowing it to fall to Earth, bringing the stars, suns, and moons with it.
