34 Greening is a notable house located in Antigonish which has seen been lived in by many top notch students attending St.Francis Xavier University. In 2009, it was the location of the after party held by the Burke residence after the highly anticipated annual BURMAC hockey game. However, in February of 2009, the house was leased to 6 students from MacIsaac Hall who anticipated their stay from 2009-2010 and would make sure that 34 Greening was never subjected to Burke students again. The house has hosted various parties that have ended in debauchery and stories that cannot be told via internet. A ping pong table had been installed in the basement of the house to ensure that beer pong and flip cup were played vigorously at their parties and the estimated property value went up $100. Despite having a rather stale interior, the roommates David Swain, Katrina Fundytus, Alex Gass, Maxwell Upton, Melissa Sinnicks, and Donnie, made sure that a night at Greening would be anything but dull. Unfortunately, 34 Greening will be taken over by new tenants next year but the spirit of the current 2010 residents will live on. The walls will still ring of "Down" by Jay Sean and the smell of alcohol will never be dampened by any air freshener.
