2026 Oregon Commissioner of Labor election

The 2026 Oregon Commissioner of Labor election will be held on November 3, 2026 in order to elect the Oregon Commissioner of Labor. The election will be held on a nonpartisan basis. Incumbent Christina Stephenson, first elected in 2022, is eligible to run for re-election to a second full term. Primary election The primary election will be held on May 19, 2026. Since this is a nonpartisan office, if a candidate wins a majority vote in the primary election, they will be elected outright.
