The 2007 Las Vegas, Nevada shooting happened just before 2:00 pm on 11 December, 2007 . Incident 6 junior high school students were shot when they left the school bus. Two men in a car apparently waited for children to leave the school bus and for the bus to leave, and then around 10 shots were fired injuring six students, two of whom were left in critical condition. By December 13, the other four had left the hospital The gunmen then fled in the vehicle. On December 13, an arrest was made in Denver of an 18 year-old thought to be one of the shooters. The shooting happened two hours after the police broke up a fight with two people over a girl who was on the bus.
